Since 2007 we have remodeled numerous homes across Ohio, ranging from full-scale top-to-bottom renovations, to simple and affordable cosmetic updates that add character and value. We know budgets matter, and as investors ourselves, we know how to add value and livability to a home without breaking the bank.
If you are getting ready to tackle a renovation in your existing home, we can help with projects as small as picking paint colors and fixtures, to planning layout changes and bathroom additions. Or, if you are house-hunting for a fixer upper, we can accompany you and your real estate agent to view listed properties, discuss feasible changes, and draw up sketches for your contractor. Or, if you need to sell your home, we can give ideas for affordable upgrades to make your home market-ready.

Package A: 1 hour in-person renovation consult in the Akron, Ohio area.

What: This is perfect for homeowners on a budget who need help with direction and design choices. We can discuss paint colors, lighting fixtures, bathroom and kitchen upgrades, tile design, complete layout changes, or anything in between.

Next steps: Send us information about your project, your budget, and what you would like to accomplish. Pictures and measurements of your current space are extremely helpful! Send along inspiration pics of styles you like, or the look you are trying to achieve. We will then find a time that fits your schedule to come see your space and discuss solutions.

Package B: 30 minute walk-through of potential investment property.

What: This option is for house-hunters looking for a fixer upper with potential, whether you are purchasing a personal home or looking for an investment opportunity. We will walk through the property with you and your real estate agent, and discuss the possibilities and estimated costs.

Cost: $50+ (depending on mileage)
